We are delighted to be able to offer you and your guests a new style of service in the Carlton Brasserie and Lounge. Connect with clients and fellow directors in what was once the United Service Club’s Smoking Room, repurposed with food and drink provided by Searcys.
The Carlton Brasserie and Lounge offer a variety of refreshments. Our grazing station has a range of small bites to enjoy from 8am to 5pm. High-quality, self-service coffee machines are available for unlimited coffees to suit all tastes. Alternatively, you can visit the Brasserie from 12pm to 3pm to taste our beautiful seasonal menu for a casual dining experience, featuring some of our favourite dishes such as roast cod fillet, Hereford beef steak or grilled pineapple dessert for adventurous diners.

In the Carlton Brasserie, Searcys has developed a beautiful seasonal menu for casual dining. Lunches are wholesome and nourishing, with our favourite dishes such as sole meuniére, Hereford beef steak, and the signature Searcys prawn cocktail. Puddings follow suit, with a vanilla cheesecake delighting old-timers and the delectable caramelised banana tarte tatin attracting adventurous diners.

Our inviting grazing station in Carlton Lounge has an array of small bites to enjoy from 8am until 5pm. We have a Nespresso machine to enjoy unlimited macchiato, espresso, cappuccino, latte and americano to suit all tastes. Tuck into energising morning snacks like pecan and blueberry granola bites, turmeric energy shots, and cheese and bacon Chelsea swirls. In the afternoon, trays of freshly baked shortbread, chocolate brownies, spiced apple cake and savoury forest mushroom bruschetta are brought out to tempt the members and visitors.
Additional guests will be charged for the full 4 hours or day rate depending on their length of stay.
