We are thrilled to welcome back visitors into 116 Pall Mall. Although the way events look may have changed, we know how important face-to-face interaction and shared live experiences are, whether you’re holding a business meeting, training course, a wedding, or just need a space to work with colleagues. We have taken extensive measures to ensure we are a fully COVID-19 secure venue and will continue to explore ways that allow you to inspire and connect with others safely.
With the ever-changing rules being announced by the government, we want to let you know that we will remain as flexible and adaptable as possible in order to stay open and continue hosting you at 116 Pall Mall.
Your safety is our priority and to ensure that all visitors of our building feel comfortable in returning, we will continue with our safety measures. We have set out some of our own guidelines to give you peace of mind when entering 116.
Social distancing rules are no longer mandatory, however we kindly ask that you respect everyone around you as some will not feel as comfortable with social contact as others. We recommend staying at least 1m away from others

Masks are no longer required by law. However, please do respect everyone around you. Some may feel more comfortable wearing a mask and we fully support this
We politely request that all guests still follow strict personal hygiene rules and continue to wash their hands for 20 seconds after travelling into 116 Pall Mall, before eating and after using the bathroom
Hand sanitizer will be located throughout the premises and is available for guests to use
Enhanced cleaning of the building will continue
116 and IoD staff returning to the office are being asked to take a test twice a week
Managed by the mia, AIM Secure recognises our organisation’s desire to demonstrate a professional approach to the meetings and events business. It highlights our dedication to offering an environment that is healthy and hygienic as well as our commitment to do the very best for both our customers and staff.
Meetings
We can now hold meetings for up to 40 people in our Business Centre, training academy, or one of our larger event spaces. All of our rooms are large enough for social distancing, food and drinks can be ordered via QR codes from the room, attendees will be registered for track and trace, and all rooms will be rigorously cleaned between each meeting. IoD members can also safely use our lounges for working with guests.
Virtual/hybrid events
If you’re still looking to reach a wider audience, we are fully equipped with state-of-the-art video conferencing and live streaming facilities in our Trafalgar Virtual Studio. Our expert in-house team from Perception Live are highly experienced in delivering world-class virtual events, ensuring you can still reach your audience online and seamlessly deliver an high-quality experience.
Weddings
The government has now relaxed all restrictions on weddings so we are thrilled to host up to 250 guests seated, or up to 1,000 standing. We have multiple packages available and will work closely with you to ensure your wedding is as safe and special as possible. We will remain flexible to any government updates.
Food & drink
Our much-loved Champagne Bar and member lounges are open for eating and drinking. We work with Searcys, one of the UK’s most sought after caterers. With refreshed areas and new menus, we are looking forward to welcoming you back into 116 Pall Mall.
